WSBPW Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) research and education organization. The work of WSBPW Foundation supports workforce development programs and workplace policies that recognize the diverse needs of working women, communities and businesses. There are two foundations that the BPW/WA Federation is linked with: Washington State BPW (WSBPW) Foundation and BPW/USA Foundation. Both foundations are dedicated to helping
women meet their educational needs by way of scholarships and through research, knowledge, and policy.

The primary objective of the Washington State Business & Professional Women’s Foundation is to provide scholarships for women’s education and training.
History
The legacy of Business and Professional Women began in 1919. Although the organization has transformed over time, the legacy and vision remain intact.
